Skål! On April 5th, 2025, NESU-Boomi celebrated its unforgettable 20th anniversary party – a night filled with laughter, nostalgia, and a good dose of sits party spirit. Guests enjoyed a delicious 3-course dinner, heartwarming speeches from former chairpersons, and of course – the classic NESU-style singing we all know and love.
But have you ever wondered what it takes to pull off such an elegant event? Let’s take a peek behind the scenes before the reception:
The planning for this memorable evening began nearly a year in advance, when NESU-Boomi appointed two enthusiastic anniversary party organisers: Arina and Veera. Together with the 2025 board and a dedicated nine-person staff, we managed to create something even better than we had imagined.
On the morning of the big day, the hustle began at 11 am. Cutlery was placed, napkins were folded with care, and balloons were inflated for the photo wall. No professionals needed – NESU-Boomi knows how to decorate a venue! By 3 pm, every last detail was in place – and all that was left was to hold our breath and wait for the first guests to arrive.
While the venue set-up was a DIY success story, the three-course dinner was designed by a professional catering service, whose CEO we proudly honoured during the evening festivities with NESU-Boomi’s certificate.
