Greetings from NESU-TuKY!
As the year is coming to its end, it is a good chance to take a look back and reflect on all the things that have happened during the year. All in all, it can be said that NESU-TuKY has had a great year. We have held many awesome sitzparties and had the best time.
We started our year as a new board of NESU-TuKY early in January with Destination Unknown sitzparty. Everyone was excited but at the same time a bit nervous. Everything went well, and it was the perfect way to start our year. During the year we have had the traditional Ruissitz and practise sitzparty, had amazing and sunny sitzparty at the riverboat Donna, got naughty with the Porn sitzparty and arranged quite a few other sitzparties. We still have had the time to visit other NESU cities as well, participate in both Helsinki and Iceland NESU Conferences and NESU-TuKY finally made its way to the bus of Wappurundi.
In November a new NESU board was elceted for us as well. We have a great group of people who will for sure carry on the spirit of NESU-TuKY. We held our last and their first sitzparty yesterday together as we celebrated PMPJ sitz. It is slowly starting to hit us that our time as the board of NESU-TuKY is coming to an end and it is time to take a step back and let the new kids rule.
This year has truly been amazing. We have laughed, sung a countless amout of sitzsongs, stayed up too late while cleaning Parkki, made a punch of new friends and even shed a few tears. We are sure that next year is going to be even better and bigger for NESU-TuKY as the NESU Spring Conference comes to Turku in March 2019.
At this point we would like to thank everyone who has been a part of our past year. Thank you for making the year an unforgettable one! We also want to wish all the best for the NESU-TuKY’s board of 2019 – enjoy every single moment of the year and be prepared to see the board of 2018 A LOT at the sitzparties next year ?
