Spring greetings from Lappeenranta!
NESU-Enklaavi has had an excellent start to the year. During the spring semester, we have successfully organized three sitsz, with the latest being the “Kylteri sitsit”, aimed at introducing other LUT University students to the Kylteri sitz culture.
We also arranged alcohol-free hangout events for our organization, such as a patch-sewing evening and a movie night, and we will certainly continue organizing similar events in the autumn semester.
Five years from now, we hope to have even more of our members actively involved in our activities. Our goal is also to start fundraising for potential NESU-Enklaavi anniversary celebrations. Additionally, in the upcoming academic year, LUT University will launch an English-language Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, so we hope that international students will also be an active part of our local organization.
We also believe it’s important to maintain more communication among different NESU cities and to strengthen collaboration even further. Our goal is also to encourage our members to participate more in “ulkkarointi” to other NESU cities.
