Geetings from Oulu!
The spring and the sun has finally reached our northern NESU-city and Wappu is also getting closer and closer, which makes us very excited. We have thrown multiple sits parties this year and they all have been a great success, as we have seen not only lots of happy faces and laughter but also many nesuits from other NESU cities – even though Oulu is a bit far away from you guys.
We are throwing a couple of traditional parties during Wappu, such as BaariBussiExcursio, Finanssi x Lääkis -sits and NESU-Finanssi’s Wappusits. We hope to see lots of nesuits at our Wappusits, so welcome to Oulu!
In five years, we wish to be a bigger NESU city with improved activity in NESU events among our business students. The past years after Covid19 have seen increased activity in our attendance to NESU-sits in other cities. Many “NESU-virgins” have also taken the leap and attended NESU-events. For example, in Wappurundi, there was 13 NESU-Finanssi members, which we are very proud of.
NESU Conferences have been something that we struggle with, as there hasn’t been many attendees from NESU-Finanssi, and had to pass the opportunity to organize the Conference. Hopefully, in the future, we get the realities straight and are able to be the organizer of the beloved Semma.
As we know, that Oulu is very far away from other NESU-cities, we want to make our northern student life to appear even more tempting and welcoming, so that we get all nesuits to come and visit our sits parties. This of course means a great amount of connections and unforgettable experiences – and is it what we all seek here?
