Well, greetings from lappeen Rannat!
This fall has gone in a flash and what a blast we have had here at Lappeenranta. Now is a good time to sit back and look at what happened during the fall and what lies ahead.
This autumn was busy for NESU-Enklaavi. We had 4 sitz altogether which all went according to the plans, and we had really good times. Firstly, we started with freshers’ beginner sitz called “ABC fuksisitsit”. About a week after we had our guild Enklaavi’s 31st-anniversary sitz party. A few weeks after that we were glad to host one of the ‘’itä-suomen rundi’’ sitz. The next day after this post is going public, we are having our last sitz party of the year called ‘’Pikkutuhmat pikkujoulu sitsit’’.
Last week something very exciting happened. Our board for the year 2023 was elected. We had excellent candidates, and it was a really hard choice for the chairperson to decide on their board. I could feel the excitement and thrill of the new board during our get-together evening of the 2022 and 2023 board after the election.
Then a little sneak peek for the upcoming year of 2023. During the spring of 2022, we had planned a cased day which was unfortunately cancelled. But something to look forward to, we are planning to have a case day during the year 2023 bigger than ever.
